Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

UK Consumer Rights Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.

Damages and faults Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For faulty or damaged items we will arrange a full refund or replacement with no return required.

Return shipping For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or damaged items, we will cover return shipping.

Returns address Please contact us at hello@cinelawn.co.uk to receive your returns authorisation and UK warehouse return address before sending anything back.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
